Question 1

What public signals does Grainwake research?

Accepted Answer

You can save product or listing links and add review sites, forums or communities, competitors, search topics, and other public targets. Grainwake finds a public page for research targets, then reads the page when it is accessible. Search-result snippets alone are not treated as evidence.

Question 2

How do recurring issues become findings?

Accepted Answer

Each inspected page is reviewed on its own. Grainwake keeps a finding only when that page supports a concrete user difficulty or an explicit competitor product change, and the supporting quote can be matched to the page text. The current workflow does not combine mentions across sources into a recurrence score or use a frequency threshold; compare findings in saved briefs to assess whether a pattern appears repeatedly.

Question 3

What evidence is shown with a finding?

Accepted Answer

A finding includes a short excerpt copied from the inspected page. Its citation shows the source type and, when available, the page title, publication date, and URL. Dates are included only when the inspected page explicitly provides one; missing details are labeled unavailable.
